SHIPPING POLICY
COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
- Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment center in the USA and certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
GENERAL SHIPPING
- We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
- Orders ship Monday-Friday.
- Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
- We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Yes we do offer international shipping at this time.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
- HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest shipping method at checkout.
TRACKING
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
APO/FPO SHIPPING
We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.
- The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
- The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".
- The country must be United States.
- You must enter your Zip code.
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5pm EST. If you submit a contact form over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.
Holiday Closings:
- 11/26: Thanksgiving
- 12/25: Christmas Day
- 1/1: New Year's Day
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that have been customized or intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exhange@pawprintoutlet.com and send your item to: Paw Print Outlet, 3900 Crown Road Unit#161462. Atlanta, GA 30321, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Paw Print Outlet, 3900 Crown Road Unit #162356, Atlanta, GA 30321, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
