We source all our products from some of America’s most trusted brands, and thoroughly sanitize them before sending them to you to keep both you and your doggo safe. We always go through the ingredients and materials used to make products to ensure that they will not cause your dog harm before they hit our virtual shelves.

We always list product ingredients in the description boxes of all our dog treats so you can cross-check them for possible allergens, and if you ever find yourself with doubts, we are just a call away!
If you are purchasing a bundle box, please make sure you list everything your dog is allergic to in the comment box at checkout so we do not send them to you.

Product

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Orders and Payments

Due to the high order volumes, we receive each day, an order cannot be changed after it has been placed. You will have to cancel it and place a new one.


As soon as you realize your mistake, please make sure that you cancel the wrong order before it is dispatched as we cannot take it back once we hand it over to our courier partners.

Shipping

Absolutely! We deliver our products to most destinations across the globe. You can check to see if we deliver our dog products to your location at checkout before placing your order.

It typically takes us 2 business days to process and dispatch your order. Delivery within the United States usually takes between 3-7 business days.
If you are outside the United States, it will take between 7 to 14 business days for you to receive your order depending on your delivery destination.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all Bundle Boxes within the Continental United States.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with any of our dog products, you can request an exchange or refund within 14-days of purchase provided you return them unused with all tags and the original packaging intact. Your refund or exchange will be initiated once we confirm that the returned product is in its original condition.
Please note that once 14 days have elapsed, we cannot initiate an exchange or refund on your products. For more information, please review our Refund Policy.
